Irrespective of your proficiency level— beginner, intermediate, or professional—the instructors at Ski Academy Lisbon are dedicated to assisting you in safely strengthening all your muscles and work on your muscle memory, so you can fully relish the ski season while being in optimal physical condition.
In addition to simulator training, always accompanied by an instructor, you can also engage in personalized workouts and muscle recovery sessions with personal trainers (PTs).
